Trump says he told House GOP to "keep up" with the vote on the Mueller report
President Donald Trump said on Saturday he had encouraged the House Republicans to vote in favor of a resolution calling on the Justice Department to announce Robert Mueller's final report, despite his plea a day before the private lawyer "should not have been appointed" and should not be Muller's report "He said.
The House of Representatives overwhelmingly approved a vote of 420 votes on Thursday, urging Attorney General William Bar to disclose all of Muller's findings and make them available to Congress. The decision was blocked by Republicans in the Senate.
"In the recent non-binding vote (420-0) in Congress on the publication of the Mueller Report, I told the leadership to allow all Republicans to vote for transparency," Trump wrote on Twitter. "It makes us all look good and it does not matter, play with the game!
