Facebook reverses its decision to permanently lock the account of a conservative book publisher

After claiming to be permanently blacklisted from the social media site, Facebook on Monday granted access to a children's book publisher's account.

Facebook informed Heroes of Liberty, the publishing company, that the account had been permanently locked due to the "disruptive content" they had posted.

However, Andy Stone, a spokesman for Facebook parent company Meta, confirmed Monday night that the block was erroneous.

Heroes of Liberty focuses on books about historical and current figures who embody American values, including late President Ronald Reagan and Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

The company's founder, Bethany Mandel, said it put a lot of money into Facebook even before it launched.
