President Donald Trump abruptly ended his second summit in Vietnam with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un but also offered to bring him home on Air Force One.
Details of the show were revealed by Matthew Pottinger, Trump's chief national security adviser for Asia, in a BBC, broadcast about his foreign policy.
"President Trump offered Kim to take him to his home on Air Force One," Pottinger said. "The president knew that Kim came on a multi-day train trip across China to Hanoi, and the president said," I can take you home in two hours if you want. "
Matthew Pottinger said Kim turned down the offer.
