Doctors said late on Saturday evening that Donald Trump no longer poses a risk of transmission of the coronavirus, as the President of the United States seeks to put his fight against the Coronavirus behind him and return to the election battle.
President Trump addressed his supporters from a White House balcony on Saturday afternoon. He urged a crowd of hundreds of supporters, mostly blacks and Latino, to help win the vote in the November 3 elections.
His physician, Sean Conley, said in a subsequent statement that Trump conducted a test on Saturday that showed he no longer posed a "risk of transmitting the infection to others" and that there was no longer evidence "that the virus was actively reproducing."
