Biden explains funding for the $3 trillion infrastructure plan Wednesday: The White House
The White House confirmed on Monday that US President Joe Biden will determine how he will pay for his $3 trillion to $4 trillion plan to meet US infrastructure needs on Wednesday, a proposal likely to include tax increases.
Biden will present the plan, which aims to rebuild roads and bridges, as well as address climate change and national policy issues such as income equality, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
"The president has a plan to fix our country's infrastructure ... and he has a plan to pay for it," White House spokeswoman Jane Psaki told reporters.
